Event #1 winner: Jose Basa!

After Rolando Flores was eliminated in 4th place for $3,440 and Houston Williams was eliminated in 3rd place for $4,430, a heads up battle was set between Simon Wolffs and Jose Basa.

In the final hand, Jose Basa moved all in with [Ad][Ts] and was called by Simon Wolffs who held [8d][2s]. The board ran out [4h][Ks][6s][Qc][9c] and Basa's hand held up to win him $16,230 and the title. Wolffs's 2nd place finish will earn him $8,850.

Sullivan - [Kh][Th]
Bautista - [Qd][Jh]
Ignatieff - [Ah][Ks]

The flop came [Js][Qs][Jc] to guarantee Bautista the main pot, and when the turn and river came [5c][Ad], Sullivan won the side pot.
