Dylan Wilkerson vaults into the chip lead

Dylan with his tower of 100k plaques |
Dylan and Steve got into a raising war that saw Dylan six-bet shove and Steve snap call. It was a classic flip with Dylan's [Ac][Ks] vs. Steve's [Ts][Tc]. If Steve's tens would hold, we'd be at the unofficial final table. If Dylan's ace king outraced the tens, Dylan would be the new chip leader.
The crowd made a lot of noise when the flop fell [As][2s][7d], and Steve's supporters rooted for a ten to hit the turn. The [7h] kept Dylan in the lead, as did the [5h] river. Dylan's chip were counted, and it was a massive pot as he had just over 3 million. Steve paid off the bet and was still left over 1.5 million, but still not the result Steve was hoping for.
High Roller update: now on the bubble
As the Main Event goes on dinner break, the High Roller is down to the final 3 players. The top 2 spots get paid: 1st is $132,300 and 2nd is $88,200. Here are chip counts for the 3 remaining players:
Ryan Fee - 348,000
Ben Sulsky - 64,000
Zach Hyman - 26,000
Currently I am the chip leader in the high roller event in San Jose. There are 4 left. That means I have a 25% of winning. Go to all!!

Players are now on dinner break
Only 11 players remain in the 2014 Shooting Star, and they are now on their dinner break. When players return, blinds will be 15,000/30,000 with a 5,000 ante. Average stack is currently 1,958,000 or 65 big blinds.
Play will resume at 7:15pm.
Play will resume at 7:15pm.
13th Place: Jonathan Little ($39,800)
Jonathan Little raised to 50,000 before Mukul Pahuja three-bet to 140,000. Brian Park then cold four-bet to 380,000 from the big blind, and Jonathan moved all in. Mukul got out of the way, and Brian made the call.
Jonathan: [Qh][Qd]
Brian: [Ks][Kh]
Jonathan had gotten coolered at this short-handed table, and he would need to get lucky to survive. Unfortunately for Jonathan, no queen came on the [As][Ad][2s][9h][Kc] board to save him, and he'll have to settle for 13th place, good for $39.800.
The final 12 players are now redrawing for seats at the final two tables.
14th Place: Candace Collins ($39,800)
Steve Sung raised the cutoff and Candace Collins 3-bet from the button. Action folded back to Steve who reraised enough to put Candace all in. Candace quickly committed the rest of her short stack.
Candace [6s][6c]
Steve [As][Ac]
Candace had many supporters on the rail, and they were rooting for a six before the flop. Those fans were also calling for an eight after the [9c][Tc][7d] flop, and the [Th] didn't change Candace's outs. When the [2d] hit the river, Candace pounded the table and shook Steve's hand. The room applauded after it was announced that Candace was our 14th place finisher. She will collect $39,800 for her efforts.
The plaques have come out
As is tradition at the Bay 101, 100k plaques have just been introduced. Tournament Director Matt Savage has placed a handful of these chips on each table in exchange for smaller denomination chips. They will be used throughout the rest of the tournament.

30th Place: David Paredes ($24,870)
Played badly and busted in 30th @WPT. Thanks to @SavagePoker and @Bay101Casino for running a great event with a huge turnout. Will be back.

33rd Place: Pat Lyons ($24,870)
Pat Lyons moved all in from the button with [Ac][Qd] and Brian Park moved all in over the top from the small blind with [Ad][Kh]. The big blind folded, and Pat learned that he would need to catch a queen to survive. The dealer put out the [9c][7s][9s] flop, and Pat called for a seven to chop. But the [5h] turn hit and Pat got out of his seat to sweat the river. The [6c] river failed to bring a chop, and Pat will be our 33rd place finisher, good for $24,870.
@Bay101Casino i really really #tried to make a good showing and make you proud
